As UX Consultant you will be responsible for providing UX and digital design consultancy and advice to some of the UK’s biggest and best known brands.

You will have at least three years’ user experience consultancy/digital agency experience and be commercially minded with an appreciation for the challenges businesses face.

This is a fantastic opportunity for user experience consultants to take a role in an energetic team as part of Europe’s largest specialist experience design agency.

 

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to proposals by designing methodologies that meet client briefs and objectives.
  • Managing and delivering a wide range of user experience projects.
  • Developing customer insight to inform meaningful recommendations to achieve your clients’ project and commercial objectives.
  • Writing and presenting persuasive and authoritative reports and presentations.
  • Leading or working as part of project teams to deliver user-centred designed digital products and services.
  • Managing projects to quality standards, budget and time.
  • Managing resource to deliver projects from internal teams, suppliers, agencies and contractors.
  • Taking a quality assurance role across various projects ensuring quality or method and advice.

Required skills and experience

  • At least three years’ user experience consultancy/digital agency experience.
  • Likely to be educated to degree level (Computing Sciences, HCI, Business, Psychology or Design).
  • Detailed knowledge and practical experience of user experience methodology and practices including user-centred design.
  • Experience of consulting to clients within sectors such as financial services, gaming, travel, telecommunications and utilities.
  • Good understanding of business commercials, return on investment and online marketing metrics.
  • Experience in project-based environments as a member of a team as well as a manager responsible for budgets and reporting.
  • Excellent report writing and preparing presentations including high-level of competency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and team working.

  • Excellent communication skills: You must be fully-confident taking on a client-facing role with the necessary skills required to work with and manage clients, suppliers and colleagues.
